The road to follow in a career has all of its twists and turns. We do pass much time for in our studies and finally when we are ready to employ our skills that we have learned we don't think of how to detect the problems, will be there ahead. To discern this right before time, without experiencing the wrongfulness, we should and can learn from the people already had known that.
People who do choose their career right from start are in better condition than who doesn't. They shouldn't, in my opinion, hurry. There's every time something better. Careful deliberation at each step is necessary.
At any break of your career, it feels as if you are starting anew.
Planning a career at first is knowing of the jobs related to the abilities which could be done. At that level, calibrations of equalent available jobs it can know what is the opportunity. Then after suitability, there is, knowing the organisation. Determining how things are running there. Preference for the work place, interest in the role of job and timings all should be known before initiating.
After accessing this it is needed to achieve your goals which are set by prior information to have acquire the needed skills.
Although it is useful to plan ahead but it requires continuous effort.
